Dive Bar Invite

We are excited to play this Saturday, March 12th at the Turnpike Cafe, Route 32, Uncasville CT 6-9pm Here’s hoping you can join us for a night of Good Vibes!

I love dive bars! I love the affection and dedication of the locals who support them. I love the way the walls hold on to stories & guard drunken confessions. I love how most of them have a corner reserved for local music & how enthusiastic the locals are in welcoming the bands that play. I love how unpretentious they are & how it emphasizes what truly matters - the ability to escape, relax, unwind, share stories & libations & celebrate the simple things & the gift of just being together.

We have three hours of fabulous music prepared for you - our playlist is full of soulful melodies, gritty blues & new age gin house style tunes, heart pounding rhythms and smoking guitar solos. We have even added a couple of new originals to our Open D set & have dialed in on our select few covers that pay tribute to musicians who have influenced us. After you hear us, let us know if you have a new favorite.

This week I am Thankful for dive bars and for local watering holes & for the drinkers that frequent them & all the bartenders who serve them & for every one who just comes out to hear Live music!
