Tonight’s practice was everything it was supposed to be, business as usual. We ran through our set list, adding “Cat named Dog” to the line up and continued working on writing a brand new tune ”The World is my Church.” We are looking forward to a couple of acoustic shows later this summer: Acoustic Asanas on Aug 11 & the Silk Fest on Aug 28. Feels great to have dates to work towards for performances again, check out our Facebook page for more information about those events.

I recently read a quote about a duck, how it may look so calm floating gently on the water but really it’s paddling furiously beneath the surface. I feel like we are in a place of honoring that phase of building our band. It might seem like not a lot is happening but behind the scenes we are busy and continue to create new music and videos & are working on lining up new shows and are keeping the mission alive!

I appreciate how many supporters we have & how often I’m asked about our “next show.” I’m grateful for how many views our videos have and for how many loved ones have taken their time to listen and give feedback. I’m eternally grateful to Bob, Dan & Hugh for putting in time every week and staying committed to TSR. I’m beyond thankful for the opportunity to create music with such fun loving, talented and inspiring musicians.

What are you Thankful for?
